The Open Gaming Convention (OGC) is an annual convention made by and for gamers. Our goal is to bring fun and exciting games and events that promote creativity and imagination for everyone. We've had over 100 Games and Events every year since 2006, including some run by well known writers in the gaming industry. Some events being proposed for this year include a Magic Tournament, a Last Man Standing/Iron 40K event, OGL Horror, and of course, events themed around superheroes. For those moments between games, you can also browse our Vendor rooms or try your hand at our Painting Corner.
We are pleased to announce that this year's convention is being held once again at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Nashua, NH. Directions and contact information are available on our Location page. The hotel is conveniently located off the F.E. Everett Turnpike and easily reached from all points in New England.
If you're a member of MySpace, be sure to drop by our MySpace site at myspace.com/ogc_con. You can also browse the OGC Forum and talk to OGC staff members, guests, and gamemasters. We love to hear suggestions and ideas for this upcoming convention, or for those in the future.
You'll also want to keep your eyes peeled for this year's OGC Game Days, shown at the top of this screen. These "mini-conventions" are held at gaming stores in the New England region to increase awareness of OGC and accept pre-registration forms and payment. Come enjoy games that will lead into those running at OGC this year, try your hand at some of last year's challenges, or enjoy "something completely different."
This year we're looking forward to meeting new people - in fact, if you bring someone new to OGC this year, you'll both get $5 off their registration fee!
